3. Businesses contact you. They reach out directly by phone, text or email with their own pricing and terms.
4. You decide. Compare what they offer and choose whether to hire anyone. Any agreement you make is directly between you and that business.
Confirm the business's licence with your state licensing board where one is required, ask for a current certificate of insurance, and get the scope, price and timeline in writing.
