This website, Best Home Partner (the "Site"), is owned and operated by Leads Registry LLC. In this Privacy Policy, "Best Home Partner", "we", "us" and "our" mean Leads Registry LLC, which is the business responsible for the personal information collected through the Site.
This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and through the phone calls, text messages and emails we send in connection with it. It does not apply to websites or services operated by other companies, including the independent businesses and partners you may hear from after submitting a request. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
We may provide additional privacy notices at the point where we collect certain information. Those notices supplement this Policy.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information will be collected, used and shared as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Information you provide. When you submit a request or otherwise use the Site, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, street address, city, state and ZIP code, details about your project, your answers to our questions, and any photos you upload. If you create an account or contact us, we collect the information you provide in doing so.
Consent records. When you submit a request, we keep a record of your consent to be contacted, including the consent wording shown to you, the date and time, your IP address, your browser and device information, the page you were on, and the list of companies named on our Partner List at that moment. We may use third-party services that record your interaction with our forms (for example, the pages you viewed and the fields you completed) to create an independent record of your consent.
Information from your browser or device. We automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, the date and time of your visit, the pages you view, and the website that referred you.
Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your progress on our forms, understand how visitors use the Site, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and show you relevant ads on other websites.
Information from other sources. We may receive information from service providers that help us verify phone numbers and email addresses, detect fraud, or enhance the accuracy of the information you provide.
With businesses and partners. When you submit a request, we share your contact details and project information with independent businesses that offer the service you requested in your area, and with the companies named on our Partner List, so they can contact you about your project. These companies may be paid for, or may pay us for, receiving your request. They use your information under their own privacy policies.
With service providers. We share information with companies that perform services for us, such as website hosting, email and text message delivery, phone and email validation, consent recording, analytics, advertising, payment processing and customer support. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
With advertising and analytics partners. Third parties may collect information about your use of the Site through cookies and similar technologies to provide analytics and to show you advertising on other websites.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that it is required by law, a court order or subpoena; to prevent or investigate fraud or other unlawful activity; to protect the security of the Site; to enforce our Terms of Service; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Best Home Partner, our users or others.
In a business transfer. If Best Home Partner is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction and will remain subject to this Policy.

If you consent to receive text messages, we use your phone number to send messages about your request. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. The businesses and partners that receive your request may also text you based on the consent you gave on our form; if you receive messages from one of them, you may need to opt out with that company directly.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Some parts of the Site, including our request form, may not work properly without cookies.
To opt out of Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies, visit optout.aboutads.info or optout.networkadvertising.org. These opt-outs are specific to the browser and device you use them on.
Do Not Track. There is no common standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them.
You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to a text message, asking any caller to place you on their do-not-call list, unsubscribing from our emails, or submitting a request on our Do Not Call page. Withdrawing consent with us does not automatically stop contact from businesses and partners that already received your request; you may need to contact them directly.

Passing your request to businesses and partners, and allowing advertising partners to collect information through cookies, may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws. To opt out, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through our privacy request form or email privacy@besthomepartner.com. We will need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf, and you may appeal a decision we make about your request by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain records of consent and to meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
The Site may link to websites operated by other companies, including businesses and partners. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy of any website you visit before providing personal information.
The Site is intended for users in the United States. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to those countries.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the state in which Leads Registry LLC is organised, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the privacy laws of your state of residence apply.
