This website, Best Home Partner (the "Site"), is owned and operated by Leads Registry LLC. In these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "Best Home Partner", "we", "us" and "our" mean Leads Registry LLC. Best Home Partner is a trading name used by Leads Registry LLC.
These Terms govern your use of the Site and any related services. Please read them carefully, as they form a binding agreement between you and Leads Registry LLC.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The Site is not intended for anyone under 18.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. It explains how we collect, use and share your information. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict, these Terms control.
Best Home Partner operates a home services marketplace. When you submit a request through the Site, we pass it to independent local businesses that offer the type of service you requested in your area, and to the companies named on our Partner List. Those businesses may contact you directly.
The businesses you hear from are independent. They are not our employees or agents. Any quote, agreement, payment or work is between you and the business you choose. Each business is solely responsible for its own licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, workmanship and warranties. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a business.
We do not charge homeowners for submitting a request. Businesses set their own prices and terms. You are never obligated to hire anyone.
You are responsible for deciding whether to hire any business. Before hiring, we recommend that you confirm the business's licence with your state licensing board where one is required, ask for a current certificate of insurance, get the scope, price and timeline in writing, and avoid paying the full amount before work begins. We do not make any representation about the quality, safety, timing, price or legality of any business's services.
If you tick the consent box on a request form, you agree to be contacted as described next to that box, which may include calls and text messages using automated technology or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, asking a caller to place you on their do-not-call list, or submitting a request through our Do Not Call page.
Message frequency varies. Messages may relate to your request and, where you have consented, to related offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Businesses and partners that receive your request operate independently; if you receive messages from one of them, you may need to opt out with that business directly. You confirm that you are the owner or authorised user of the phone number you provide.
You agree that any information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete, that you are entitled to request work at the property you name, and that you will not submit a request on someone else's behalf without their permission.
The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, software and the arrangement of these materials — are owned by or licensed to Best Home Partner and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Except as these Terms allow, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, display or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
Best Home Partner and our logos are our trademarks. All other names, logos and marks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. You may not use any of these marks without the prior written permission of the owner.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site for your own non-commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms. You agree not to:
You are responsible for any content you submit, such as project descriptions, photos or messages ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Best Home Partner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce and share it as needed to operate the Site and pass your request to businesses and partners.
You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, false, misleading, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene or hateful; that infringes anyone's rights; that contains another person's personal information without permission; or that contains advertising or spam. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content.
We may, but are not required to, review, edit or remove User Content at our discretion, and may disclose it where required by law.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@besthomepartner.com that includes: your physical or electronic signature; a description of the copyrighted work; the location of the material on the Site; your name, address, telephone number and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
If you send us suggestions or ideas about the Site ("Feedback"), you agree that we may use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT.
WE DO NOT PERFORM HOME IMPROVEMENT OR REPAIR WORK AND MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ABOUT ANY BUSINESS, PARTNER OR SERVICE YOU FIND THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING THEIR QUALIFICATIONS, LICENSING, INSURANCE, AVAILABILITY, PRICING OR THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. ANY ARRANGEMENT YOU MAKE WITH A BUSINESS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Best Home Partner AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE OR PROPERTY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY A BUSINESS YOU FIND THROUGH THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Best Home Partner and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or any dealings between you and a business you find through the Site.
The Site may link to websites operated by third parties, including businesses and partners. We do not control and are not responsible for those websites, their content or their practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, and will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Leads Registry LLC is organised, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving that location, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and takes effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Best Home Partner about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours without restriction.
